About Noto Raku

"Noto Raku," Japan’s Inn, is a hot spring ryokan in Ishizakimachi, Nanao City, Ishikawa Prefecture, in Wakura Onsen. With the calm Nanao Bay stretching out before you, you can fully enjoy an ocean hot spring in the large public bath and open-air bath, where the seascape changes from morning to afternoon to evening. The large public bath is equipped with two types of sauna: an authentic sauna with a dry stove made by Metos, and a gently enveloping steam sauna. Day-use bathing is also available with bath towels included, so you can enjoy an exceptional sauna experience along with a high-quality stay in Noto.

It includes an indoor bath, an open-air bath where you can feel the sea breeze on your skin, and reclining baths, offering a variety of tubs where you can immerse yourself up to your shoulders in the ocean hot spring rich in salt. This famous hot spring, praised for its cleansing, moisturizing, and skin-beautifying effects, gently envelops the skin and invites both body and mind into deep relaxation.

An authentic dry sauna attached to the large public bath. The convection-style stone stove made by Metos radiates heat powerfully, while maintaining a comfortable level of humidity, so you can sweat heavily without feeling stifled. The quiet room, with no TV or music, features two-tier seating wrapped in wood, allowing you to spend a meditative sauna time as you face yourself.

A steam sauna filled with billowing steam, wrapping your body in soothing moisture and heat. Even at a mild temperature, the abundant steam gently and gradually warms your body, deeply relaxing you while moisturizing the skin. Recommended even for those who do not enjoy dry saunas.
