Outdoors there is also a rest area where you can relax in the outdoor wear provided for totonou, a state of deep relaxation, after the sauna, and the easy route from the cold plunge leads you smoothly into blissful relaxation.
A comfortable warm-stone area using tourmaline. Men and women can use it together, wearing the samue (traditional work-style clothing) provided, and its gentle radiant warmth heats the body to the core. It draws out a sweat gently and comfortably, and you can enjoy an unhurried detox time that refreshes you from daily fatigue.
