Aichi Kota Town
An onsen area in Aichi Prefecture, on high ground overlooking Mikawa Bay. Inns are also scattered on the Kota Town side, a little way into the mountains from Gamagori city center, and the elevated location makes it possible to enjoy panoramic views of Mikawa Bay and the night scenery. The alkaline water has a soft feel on the skin, and because it leaves your skin smooth after bathing, it is affectionately known as the Bihaku-sen, the “skin-brightening spring”.
