An onsen that rises at the foot of Takakusa Mountain in Yaizu City, Shizuoka Prefecture, facing Suruga Bay. The slightly brownish chloride spring is said to retain heat well, so you stay warm longer after bathing. Some inns offer views of Mt. Fuji across Suruga Bay from the bath.
