Its soft feel leaves the skin supple and hydrated, making it a beautifying bath that even babies can safely try for their first hot spring experience. Some tubs also offer 100% free-flowing spring water, where you can enjoy the hot spring's naturally luxurious yunohana, surrounded by the rich scent of sulfur.

A scenic open-air bath with a commanding panoramic view overlooking Bessho Onsen town from the top floor. Only at Nakamatuya Ryokan can you gaze upon the famous Kitamuki Kannon from an open-air bath, a truly luxurious location. At night, you can fully savor moments spent soaking in superb natural hot spring water scented with sulfur, while admiring the sparkling starry sky and distant night views, in tubs accented with Himekawa stone and a bath made of ancient cypress.
