"Wellbe Sakae" is one of Japan's most iconic sauna meccas, located in Sakae, Naka Ward, Nagoya. In the "Forest Sauna," which recreates the forests of Finland, you can face yourself in silence with self-löyly. The highlight is the "Ice Sauna," with an icy cold plunge bath set in a -25°C extreme-cold space. After a shocking cooling experience reminiscent of winter in Lapland, you are led into a profound state of totonou in a relaxation area where birdsong can be heard. It also features a sauna theater where you can experience world-class heat waves.
