"Wellbe Sakae" is one of Japan's leading sauna meccas, located in Sakae, Naka Ward, Nagoya City. In the "Forest Sauna," which recreates a forest in Finland, you can face yourself in silence while enjoying self löyly. The highlight is the "Ice Sauna," where a bone-chilling -25°C space is paired with an icy cold plunge bath. After that dramatic cooling experience reminiscent of a Lapland winter, you are guided into a profound state of totonou in a relaxation area where birdsong can be heard. A sauna theater where you can experience world-class heat waves is also available.

Forest Sauna
