"Capsule & Sauna Nippon" is a sauna facility attached to a men-only capsule hotel in Fukuyama, Hiroshima Prefecture. Conveniently located near Fukuyama Station, it features an ultra-high-temperature sauna in the so-called Showa strong style, a mild steam sauna, and an icy cold plunge bath. From the rooftop roof garden, you can enjoy an exceptional outdoor relaxation session while taking in views of the illuminated Fukuyama Castle and passing shinkansen, making it an urban oasis.
This Showa strong-style "High-Temperature Sauna" radiates intense heat. Large windows installed in the sauna room offer sweeping views of the streets of Fukuyama and Fukuyama Castle, letting you enjoy a luxurious sweating session while taking in the scenery. Powerful aufguss sessions using large fans are also held regularly, allowing you to release a large amount of sweat all at once in a pleasant blast of heat.
The "Steam Sauna" is gently filled with pleasant warm steam. In contrast to the high-temperature sauna, its high humidity and mild heat softly envelop the body and draw out sweat gradually from deep within the pores. In the quiet space, you can breathe deeply, ease bodily tension, and relax to the fullest.
Right next to the high-temperature sauna is an icy cold "cold plunge bath." Its sharp chill spreads through the entire body, firmly tightening and refreshing your overheated body after sauna use. After a thorough cooldown, head to the rooftop outdoor relaxation area, where a pleasant breeze from the building leads you into an exquisite state of totonou.
