Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Finnish Sauna
A high-temperature Finnish-style sauna. The spacious three-tier seating structure allows you to choose your preferred temperature range and seating comfort. The scheduled löyly/aufguss sessions rapidly increase humidity and airflow, inducing deep sweating. The heat is intense, warming you to the core even in a short time, providing an authentic sauna experience. The indoor environment, including the presence of a TV or music, is well-arranged, allowing you to focus on your steaming time.
Karafuro
A private room sauna where you can enjoy a Japanese-style steam bath alone. The tatami-matted room allows you to experience steaming not only while sitting but also lying down. It supports self-service löyly, allowing you to adjust the temperature and humidity in your own space. It offers an exquisite private sauna experience aimed at meditation and focused steaming. You can spend special time facing yourself in silence, resetting both body and mind.
Forest Sauna
A sauna equipped with a stone heater that supports self-service löyly. The temperature is gentle, allowing you to control the humidity by pouring water at your own pace. The space, enveloped in the scent of wood and silence, is ideal for those who want to take their time steaming. The heat is soft, and as the humidity rises, the steam envelops your skin, allowing you to sweat while relaxing. The structure is also appealing for small groups to spend time leisurely.
Strong Cold Plunge Bath
A sharply cold strong cold plunge bath. It tightens the body heated in the high-temperature sauna, providing a sharp cool-down. The coldness is substantial, and even a short dip can sufficiently lower your body temperature. Ideal for those who emphasize the contrast between sauna and cold plunge bath, supporting the totonou experience through intense hot and cold alternating baths. The instant coldness upon immersion is pleasant, drawing out a refreshing sensation.
Cold Plunge Bath in Forest Sauna
A mild-temperature cold plunge bath located next to the Forest Sauna. It is set for those who are not fond of coldness or who want to soak slowly, allowing you to gradually lower your body temperature over time. The water quality is soft, causing little strain even with prolonged immersion. It gently supports the cycle of sauna → cold plunge bath → rest, achieving a gradual cool-down. It is safe for beginners or those not accustomed to hot and cold alternating baths.
