Hot Spring Information
Yamanakako Onsen 'Benifuji no Yu'
The texture of the water gently envelops the skin. In the large baths 'Mantensui' and 'Hanare no Yu', you can bathe while viewing Mount Fuji and Lake Yamanaka simultaneously. Soaking in the open-air flowing hot spring smooths the skin, clearly relieving cold and fatigue. The view from an altitude of 1,100 meters deeply liberates the body and breathing.
Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Loyly Sauna
Using a Finnish-style stove (METOS 'iki stove'), steam is generated automatically every 30 minutes. The interior features an L-shaped seating design, providing varying heat sensations between the upper and lower tiers, creating an environment where you can sweat from deep within in a short time. With a high temperature of around 90°C, combined with humidity control, it evokes a sensation as if layers of your body are melting away with perspiration.
Fugaku Steam View
A newly established sauna room with a glass front in the men's bath 'Mantensui' in December 2024. Designed to offer views of majestic mountains, clouds, and starry skies. It features a self-löyly system, aiming for the 'ultimate experience' of scenery, heat, and sound. The beautiful view of Mount Fuji visible from the bath links with the memory of heat, accelerating the depth of 'totonou'.
Mount Fuji Natural Water Flow Cold Plunge Bath
A cold plunge bath using natural water from the foot of Mount Fuji, designed with deep cooling. It utilizes the natural chill and clarity of the water without chillers. By immersing yourself up to the shoulders immediately after the sauna, you complete the 'heat release and cold gain' cycle in a short distance. It offers smoothness over sharp cooling, seamlessly connecting the body and mind to the next outdoor air bath.
