The men’s and women’s baths swap between morning and evening, so even a one-night stay lets you enjoy two kinds of löyly. The mist sauna wraps you in warm fog so dense you can’t see in front of you. Cool water running across the floor and benches keeps your head warm and your feet refreshingly cool, so you can relax and sweat slowly while feeling the moisture on your skin.
Cold Bath
The cold plunge is generously filled with Asahikawa’s clear groundwater. No chiller is used: the natural water flows straight in without being recirculated, so the temperature shifts with the seasons. The water feels soft and silky against the skin, and bubble jets work like a gentle jacuzzi, cooling your whole body softly yet efficiently.
