High-Temperature Sauna / Mist Sauna
The high-temperature sauna is equipped with auto löyly and self-löyly. Thanks to the excellent balance of temperature and humidity, it delivers heat deep into the body while keeping the feeling of breathlessness to a minimum. Since the men's and women's baths are swapped in the morning and evening, you can enjoy two kinds of löyly during a one-night stay. The mist sauna is a space enveloped in thick, warm fog so dense that you cannot see ahead. Cool water flowing around the feet and seating creates a warm head and a refreshingly cool feeling at the feet, allowing you to relax and sweat while slowly feeling the moisture return.
Cold Bath
A cold plunge bath that lavishly uses Asahikawa’s pristine underground water. Natural water is circulated continuously without a chiller, so the water temperature changes with the seasons. Its smooth, skin-adhering texture is a distinctive feature, and the gentle bubbles feel as pleasant as a jacuzzi, cooling the whole body softly yet efficiently.
