KIKI Shiretoko Natural Resort
KIKI Shiretoko Natural Resort is an accommodation-type resort nestled in the forest of Shiretoko Utoro. In January 2023, the large public bath was completely renovated, featuring four unique saunas, a cold plunge bath, and a garden open-air hot spring with natural flow. Shiretoko Utoro Onsen
The sodium-chloride bicarbonate hot spring bubbling up on the hill of Shiretoko Utoro is supplied 100% with natural flow, without heating or adding water, in the garden open-air bath. The water clings to the skin, and its gentle warmth lingers after bathing. Surrounded by forest and sea, you can reset your body in harmony with nature.

Neuna
The 'Neuna' is a lying-down sauna designed for relaxation. With flat benches emitting the scent of cypress, it allows you to enjoy the quiet heat of self-löyly and low-humidity sauna. Due to its limited capacity, it is perfect for advanced sauna enthusiasts seeking deep relaxation and meditative sweating.
Whisking Sauna
A sauna room where you can perform self-whisking using a vihta (bundle of young birch branches). The temperature is kept low at 70°C, allowing for long stays while enjoying the aroma and steam in a 'fragrant steam sweating' style.
Cold Bath
The standing cold plunge bath next to the indoor bath is about 120cm deep. With the push of a button along the wall, you can experience a waterfall-like water flow, providing a significant cooling impact right after sweating. Depending on the season, the cooling water is around 8-15°C, quickly calming the core body and smoothly guiding you to the outdoor air bath or relaxation space, supporting the 'totonou' pathway.

The 'Krouna' is a dark sauna inspired by a cave, with walls and ceilings in black tones. Performing self-löyly in this light-blocking environment significantly intensifies the heat concentration. Equipped with aroma pots, it offers a rich aromatic experience, purifying not only through sweating but also through all five senses.
Igloo
A rare 'Igloo Sauna' from Estonia, shaped like an igloo made of wood with a wood-burning stove. It is located in the outdoor open-air bath area.
