Setouchi Onsen Tamano-yu is a day-use hot spring facility located in Tamano City, Okayama Prefecture. The chloride spring that gushes from a granite layer 1,027 meters underground is known for its high heat retention and is called 'Atsu no Yu' (Hot Water). You can enjoy the 'Tanada no Yu' (Terraced Rice Field Bath) with views of the beautiful islands of Setouchi and the 'Sawa no Yu' (Stream Bath) surrounded by trees, alternating weekly. Experience a refreshing totonou with the far-infrared stadium sauna, aromatic mist sauna, and cold plunge bath, and sweat it out thoroughly in the two types of ganbanyoku (stone sauna) called 'Gen.' At the restaurant 'Shunsai Shungyo Kairo,' you can savor the seasonal flavors of Setouchi.
