"Matsusaka Onsen GURUSPA" is a day-use spa resort in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture, themed around well-being. You can luxuriously enjoy its natural hot spring, known as a beauty bath drawn from deep underground, in open-air baths and indoor baths with a spacious, open feel. In addition to an authentic dry sauna and salt sauna, the paid ganbanyoku area also features an entertainment-style sauna with sound and light effects. After your sauna session, you can choose from a range of cooling options, including an invigorating cold plunge bath at an extremely low temperature and a standard cold water bath. After bathing, relax and indulge yourself to the fullest in the dining area serving ingredients from Mie Prefecture and in the relaxation space stocked with about 15,000 manga volumes.

A standard cold water bath set at a comfortably cool temperature that anyone can step into easily. It gently envelops your body after the sauna, allowing you to cool down slowly and without strain. Even if you are not a fan of very cold baths, you can enter with confidence, and it also leads smoothly into a deep state of relaxation during your later outdoor air bath.
