Kitanaka Onsen, Tokorozawa City 1

A weakly alkaline sodium-calcium-chloride spring rising from 1,300m underground. The source is colorless and transparent but has a slight cloudiness and viscosity, giving the water a smooth, silky texture that blends gently with the skin. Known as a finishing bath for beauty, it helps prevent dryness and retains moisture, offering potential beautifying effects. The spring is said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, fatigue recovery, and sensitivity to cold. You can enjoy it in a variety of ways, including a large open-air hot spring bath and combination baths that pair natural hot spring water with strong carbonic acid.

Herb Steam Sauna 1
Men'sWomen's

A sauna filled with the scent of natural herbs and moisturizing mist, offering relaxation for both body and mind. Temperatures are milder than high-temperature saunas, but the high humidity and fine mist gently wrap the skin to promote steady sweating. The aroma of herbs spreads with each breath, calming the mind while boosting metabolism. Unlike a high-temperature dry sauna, this provides an elegant, gentle bathing experience ideal for those concerned about skin dryness or who prefer to warm up slowly over time.

Salt Sauna 1
Men'sWomen's

A relatively low-temperature sauna that aims for beautiful skin through the mineral effects of salt. Temperatures are set conservatively so you can work up a sweat gently while applying salt to the skin to achieve a scrubbing effect that removes old keratin. After sweating, the skin becomes remarkably smooth, living up to its reputation as a beauty sauna. The calm, small-group space allows for a relaxed experience that supports both beauty and health, and regular visits can lead to noticeable improvements in skin condition.

Playful Cold Plunge Bath 1
Men'sWomen's

A rare, dynamic cold plunge where you can swim, dive, and jump in. It recreates the sensation of diving into a frozen lake in sauna-loving Finland, letting you cool down to your heart's content in a spacious area. Underground water at a pleasantly chilled temperature envelops the body and quickly lowers the heat raised by the sauna. The ample space lets multiple people enter simultaneously, and swimming or diving cools the entire body evenly. This playful, invigorating experience overturns traditional ideas of cold plunges and delivers pure爽快感.

Frozen Cold Plunge Bath 1
Men'sWomen's

A professional-grade cold plunge installed inside an extreme cold room at -20°C. The dual chill of room temperature and water temperature creates an intense thermal shock, like diving from a scorching sauna into polar waters. The whole body tightens instantly, delivering a sharp, deep cool-down. This extreme cold experience is aimed at advanced sauna users and professional sauners seeking to push the quality of their recovery to the absolute limit. It's a small-space, focused environment ideal for concentrated cooling and a challenging immersion for those who find ordinary cold plunges insufficient.

The smooth feel unique to natural hot spring water is a feature, allowing for longer soaks without excessive cooling. It is ideal for sauna beginners or those who do not like very cold water and want to cool down slowly over time. The spring's mineral content soothes the skin while providing a relaxing space for deep breathing.
