Hot Spring Information
Ryusenji Hot Spring
A natural hot spring that gushes from underground, with a sodium-chloride spring quality. The high salinity forms a film on the skin, providing excellent heat retention. After achieving a state of relaxation in the sauna and cold plunge bath, soaking in this spring gently warms tired muscles and joints, proving effective for cold sensitivity and fatigue recovery. Enjoy the natural hot spring in various tubs, such as "Firefly Carbonated Spring" and "Naked King’s Bath." After bathing, the skin feels smooth, and the warmth lasts, making it ideal for those suffering from muscle pain, joint pain, or cold sensitivity, offering the ultimate healing when combined with the sauna.
Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Medi Sauna
A sauna newly established in the open-air area for the purpose of meditation. Self-löyly is possible, allowing you to add steam at your own pace and immerse yourself in introspection in a quiet environment. In contrast to the lively atmosphere of the Bazooka Löyly Sauna, it offers a calm ambiance, ideal for slowly drawing out sweat. The open-air area provides a sense of freedom, offering a fresh experience of feeling the outside air while in the sauna. This special men's-only space added during the renovation allows for thorough self-reflection.
Bazooka Löyly Sauna
A high-temperature dry sauna where the "Bazooka Löyly" sends a blast of hot air from above every hour at 00 and 30 minutes. Despite being an automatic löyly, the intensity of the heat wave is overwhelming, causing the entire body to sweat instantly. With ample seating and steps, it's easy to adjust the heat. This system, newly introduced in the July 2024 renovation, allows for concentrated sweating with regular heat waves. For sauna enthusiasts, the moments when the clock approaches 00 and 30 minutes become eagerly anticipated.
Forest Cold Plunge Bath
A deep cold plunge bath with a depth of 90cm, allowing the entire body to be submerged for cooling. By immersing up to the neck, it cools the entire body evenly except for the head. The temperature of 13°C, while milder than the ultra cold plunge bath, combined with the water pressure from the depth, creates a unique state of relaxation. Located in the open-air area, it offers a luxurious space where you can slowly cool down while taking deep breaths in a forest-inspired atmosphere.
Ultra Cold Plunge Bath
Saitama's first single-digit cold plunge bath (below 10°C) that instantly tightens the entire body with its intense coldness. The frigid temperature of 9°C quickly cools down a body heated to its limit in the high-temperature sauna, maximizing the contrast of blood vessel constriction and expansion.
Cold Plunge Bath
A standard cold plunge bath that moderately cools the body heated in the Bazooka Löyly Sauna or Medi Sauna. With a temperature around 14°C, it's easy to stay submerged for a longer period, allowing for a thorough cooldown.
