Auto Löyly Sauna
A dry sauna equipped with the rare automatic löyly function in Akita Prefecture. Steam is automatically released periodically, rapidly increasing the humidity in the room. The heat emitted by the convection-style sauna stones combined with the steam from the automatic löyly effectively promotes sweating.
Water depth 150cm
A deep cold plunge bath with a depth of 150cm. You can immerse yourself up to your shoulders while standing, allowing for even cooling of the entire body, offering an authentic experience.
Water depth 60cm
A shallow cold plunge bath with a depth of 60cm. You can sit and soak leisurely, making it ideal for cooling down after the sauna. Recommended for those who are not fond of deep cold plunge baths.
