About a 40-minute drive from Tokushima City, Kamiyama Onsen Iyashi no Yu in Kamiyama Town, Myozai District is a natural hot spring facility set in a peaceful satoyama landscape. The water is a sodium bicarbonate-rich "beauty hot spring" that leaves skin silky smooth. For safety, the bathing-area floors are covered with tatami mats. Both the men's and women's baths feature authentic dry saunas and cold plunge baths at around 15–16°C. The outdoor area offers views of the seasonally changing mountains and the clear Ayukui River, promising the ultimate totonou (state of perfect relaxation).
