Hokkaido Niikappu Town

"Niikappu Onsen Record no Yu" is a bathing facility located on a hill in Niikappu, Hokkaido. From the open-air bath, you can take in a sweeping panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, and the beauty at sunset is especially extraordinary. The spring water is a sodium-chloride cold mineral spring, and it is well known as a bijin no yu that leaves the skin silky smooth. The indoor baths contain natural black silica stone, whose far-infrared effect warms you from the core. The sauna area offers two types, dry and mist, which alternate daily between men and women, and the free mud pack service on the women’s side is also popular. Its culturally rich atmosphere, unique to a town known for records, is another part of its appeal.
