Yaizu Onsen springs from 1,500 meters underground and is rich in marine minerals. This mildly alkaline chloride spring has about half the salinity of seawater. You can fully enjoy this renowned hot spring in the open-air baths at the Sea Bath and the Forest Bath, where you can take in sweeping views of Suruga Bay and Mount Fuji or relax amid lush greenery as if enjoying a forest bath.

A full-fledged dry sauna installed in the Sea Bath areas called Umioto and Shiokaze. Soft heat released from a convection stove heated with sauna stones gently warms the body from the inside out. There is a stepped sauna in Umioto and a flat-layout sauna in Shiokaze, and you can enjoy the different spaces through a men-and-women alternating schedule. In a quiet room with soothing background music, you can slowly work up a pleasant sweat while feeling the sea breeze.

In the open-air area, the pleasant sea breeze from Suruga Bay drifts in, making for an incredibly refreshing outdoor bath experience.
