In the hot spring baths, you can fully enjoy Yaizu Onsen, a mildly alkaline spring that wells up from 1,500 m underground, in the open-air baths at the Sea Bath and the Forest Bath, each overlooking Suruga Bay. With two types of sauna, dry and mist, plus a scenic foot bath terrace, it offers an exceptional relaxation experience that makes you forget everyday life.

Large public bath Yaizu Onsen

Yaizu Onsen springs from 1,500 meters underground and is rich in marine minerals. This mildly alkaline chloride spring has about half the salinity of seawater. When you soak in it, a salty film wraps around your skin, delivering outstanding warming and moisturizing effects as well as beauty benefits. You can fully enjoy this renowned hot spring in the open-air baths at the Sea Bath and the Forest Bath, where you can take in sweeping views of Suruga Bay and Mount Fuji or relax amid lush greenery as if enjoying a forest bath.

Foot bath terrace / Ashiyu Korobi

The Foot Bath Terrace in the FUJIVIEW AREA, a scenic spot with views of both Suruga Bay and the majestic Mount Fuji, and Ashiyu Korobi, a foot bath where you can relax in the midst of lush greenery and sunlight. Both are restful spaces where you can enjoy the magnificent scenery and a pleasant sea breeze while feeling the rich warmth of Yaizu Onsen. Before check-in, after check-out, or during a relaxing break after bathing, you can leisurely warm your body from the feet up with a drink in hand and spend a luxurious time chatting.

A full-fledged dry sauna installed in the Sea Bath areas called Umioto and Shiokaze. Soft heat released from a convection stove heated with sauna stones gently warms the body from the inside out. There is a stepped sauna in Umioto and a flat-layout sauna in Shiokaze, and you can enjoy the different spaces through a men-and-women alternating schedule. In a quiet room with soothing background music, you can slowly work up a pleasant sweat while feeling the sea breeze.

A comfortable mist sauna installed in the Forest Bath area called Olive. Warm steam filled with an elegant aroma scent gently envelops your whole body and encourages soft perspiration. Compared with a high-temperature sauna, it is less intense and milder, so it is easier to breathe, making it ideal for sauna beginners, women, and anyone who wants to refresh at a relaxed pace. You can enjoy a luxurious time of relaxation while being soothed by the fragrance of the aroma.

A cold plunge bath available in the Sea Bath areas called Umioto and Shiokaze. It is filled with soft, gentle water that cools the body comfortably after the dry sauna. The mild water temperature lets you soak slowly and without strain. After warming up fully in the hot spring or sauna, soaking here brings a calm, refreshing sensation. In the open-air area, the pleasant sea breeze from Suruga Bay drifts in, making for an incredibly refreshing outdoor bath experience.
