The large public bath, The SPA, draws from the natural hot spring of Katazoe Beach and is proud of its silky, smooth water. The water is a chlorides spring containing salt, known for its strong antibacterial properties, pain-relieving and soothing effects, and excellent heat-retention benefits. The indoor bath is heated from a cold spring source, while the open-air bath is carefully adjusted with heating and added water to maintain a comfortable temperature. From the open-air bath, you can look out over the Seto Inland Sea flowing gently before you, along with lush greenery, and warm yourself all the way to your core while listening to the gentle sound of the waves.

A full-fledged dry sauna available in both the men's and women's large public baths. A clean and refreshing cold plunge bath located right next to the sauna room. The properly chilled tap water quickly cools down your body after a good sauna session. Wrapped in the cool water, your skin tightens and a pleasant sense of lightness and relaxation spreads. After alternating between sauna and cold plunge, move to the terrace in the open-air area or the spa cafe and enjoy a blissful totonou time while feeling the pleasant sea breeze of the Seto Inland Sea.
