About The Lake Suite Konosumika
The Lake Suite Konosumika is a luxury resort inn in Sobetsu, Hokkaido. On the top floor, an infinity-style open-air bath merges with Lake Toya, offering blissful bathing as if you were floating in the sky. The main bathhouse
The main bathhouse on the top floor has an infinity-style open-air bath spread across three tiers like terraced rice paddies. Built to jut out toward the lake, it gives an overwhelming sense of openness, as if you were floating in the sky and joined with Lake Toya. The water is a sodium-calcium chloride-bicarbonate-sulfate spring that retains heat well and feels gentle on the skin. On clear nights the sky fills with stars, promising a supreme bathing experience at one with nature.

Cold plunge
Right beside the sauna is the cold plunge, lavishly filled with lake water that feels soft on the skin. The crisp, cool water refreshes your flushed body, the cold pulling it taut for an excellent cool-down. There is also a jetted cold plunge with bubbles rising from the floor, gently loosening the whole body with a massaging effect. From here you can move easily to the after-bath living terrace for cooling off in the open air and sink into deep relaxation.
