A hilltop hot spring inn overlooking the blue sea of Toyama Bay, with spectacular open-air baths and a breeze from the shore

Toyama Takaoka City

"Amaharashi Onsen Isonanabi" is a hot spring inn located on a hill in Ota, Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Amaharashi, beloved by the Manyo poet Otomo no Yakamochi. The ryokan's greatest pride is Yuraku, a large panoramic public bath with an open-air bath, offering sweeping views all the way to the Noto Peninsula. Guests can enjoy two large public baths with different atmospheres: a bright, refined Western-style bath and a calm, traditional Japanese-style bath, both offering an overwhelming sense of openness as if blending into the endless sky and blue sea. In addition, the inn is equipped with two private baths, each with a different character. Enjoy exquisite Hokuriku delicacies such as Toyama Bay's jewel, white shrimp, cold-season yellowtail, and red snow crab, and experience elegant relaxation.
