Auto löyly periodically pours water onto the sauna stones, filling the room with gentle, mellow heat that warms the body from deep within and encourages abundant sweating. Hand fans for self-feeling the heat are also provided, creating an exceptional sauna experience.

A comfortable cold plunge bath for one person, placed right in front of the sauna room. Set to a moderately cool temperature, it gently envelops your post-sauna body, allowing you to cool down comfortably without being too cold. After letting yourself sink into the water and calmly lowering your heart rate, you can experience the ultimate rest in a reclining totonoi chair with a reclining function in the nearby outdoor air bath area, while enjoying a pleasant breeze.
