Hot SpringONSEN
Indoor bath
An indoor bath located on the top floor. Beyond the large windows, the lights of the port town spread out, drawing your gaze to the nightscape often called worth a million dollars as you soak in the water. The bath is fed by free-flowing water from Hakodate Onsen, and the sodium-chloride strong saline spring, with its salty character, gently envelops the skin. Even after you get out, warmth lingers deep within, and any stiffness slowly loosens from the inside out.
Open-air bath
An open-air bath set on the rooftop. A rock bath where water spills from between the stones, a ceramic bath carved out of a specially made large ceramic vessel, a barrel bath crafted by artisans, and a single-person bath made of natural Japanese cypress line up with distinct atmospheres. Each time you move from one bath to another, the feel against your skin and the fragrance change as well, and beyond the steam the Tsugaru Strait and the city lights spread out in a panoramic view. The night breeze carrying a hint of the sea brushes against your heated skin, and your sense of time quietly begins to unwind.
SaunaSAUNA
Sauna
A dry sauna in each men's and women's bathhouse. The crisp heat gently wraps around your skin, and even sitting quietly is enough to bring a sweat to the surface. The view from the sauna room is also excellent, and spending time gazing at the changing scenery while surrendering yourself to the heat is a luxury unique to this inn. It cannot be used from late night until early morning, so it is best enjoyed slowly from dusk through the evening.

A cold plunge bath in each men's and women's bathhouse. The moment you lower your overheated body into it, the cool water envelops your skin and clears your head to the very core. After cooling down, step out to the rooftop open-air area and let the breeze that passes through this port town gently carry away the remaining heat.
