Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Kinugawa Kanko Hotel is a hot spring hotel in Nikko City, Tochigi Prefecture. In the large basement bath facing the Kinugawa Gorge, guests can enjoy a wide variety of baths with different atmospheres, including a dynamic rock bath with massive stones stacked high and an open-air bath facing the river. The water is a gentle alkaline simple hot spring with very little stimulation, making it easy on the body even when soaking again and again. After refreshing in the sauna and cold plunge bath, you can spend blissful moments in the premium lounge with a complimentary drink in hand. The hotel also features a rare private bath with an adjacent bedrock bath room, as well as a semi-open-air private bath that lets you feel the breath of nature, allowing you to fully enjoy the hot springs in a private space.

It features a dynamic rock bath with large stones stacked across the entire wall, as well as open-air baths overlooking the Kinugawa River below, Ryuo no Yu and Ikariko no Yu. Relax in the gentle alkaline simple hot spring water and enjoy an open bathing experience while taking in the murmur of the river and the beauty of nature's forms.

It features a powerful rock bath large public bath and an open semi-open-air space where the beauty of the gorge changes with the seasons unfolds. In the semi-open-air area, a variety of baths such as Kegon no Yu, Iroha no Yu, Omiya no Yu, and Nekomatsuri no Yu are lined up, allowing guests to fully enjoy beauty-enhancing hot spring water in many different styles.

In the clean dry sauna, surrender yourself to the pleasant heat that envelops your whole body and slowly ease away the fatigue of daily life. Once you are thoroughly warmed, head straight to the cold plunge bath filled with tap water nearby. Your heated body is instantly refreshed, bringing a crisp cool-down. You can fully savor the joy of alternating between the hot spring, sauna, and cold plunge bath.

Guests with tattoos, body art, fake tattoo seals, painting, or similar are not permitted to use the large public bath. However, tattoos that can be completely covered by two 10 cm x 14 cm cover seals may be allowed to use the large public bath if they wear the designated cover seals. Cover seals are sold at the front desk for 220 yen each, tax included.
