"Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Yamashitaya" is a hot spring ryokan in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture. From the panoramic open-air bath on the top floor, you can take in sweeping views of the Kaga Plain, distant mountain ranges, and beautiful evening scenery, and enjoy a sense of openness as if you were merging with the sky. In the large bath, you will find both a dry sauna and a steam sauna, allowing you to enjoy the heat according to your mood, and cool down crisply in the cold plunge bath with its clear, chilled water. The smooth chlorinated spring water warms you to the core, and its comforting warmth lingers long after you get out. Located on the top floor, this panoramic open-air bath offers a breathtaking view overlooking the Kaga Plain. During the day, you can see all the way to the distant mountain ranges; at sunset, you can admire a beautiful sunset; and at night, you can take in the city lights of Kaga. In the open, airy space where the bath and the sky seem to blend together, you can fully enjoy the smooth, heat-retaining hot spring water.

The indoor bath in the large bathing area is characterized by its high ceiling and spacious design. The abundant natural hot spring water is gentle on the skin and slowly eases away fatigue. With plenty of washing stations and ample space, it is also an ideal base for alternating between hot and cold bathing with the sauna and cold plunge bath.

A dry sauna where you can quietly focus on yourself. Wrapped in the warmth of the wood, powerful heat envelops your entire body and encourages a pleasant sweat. By entering after thoroughly warming your body in the hot spring, you can enjoy an even deeper sense of refreshment.

Guests with tattoos, body art, temporary tattoo stickers, painted designs, or similar markings may not use the large bath. However, tattoos small enough to be completely covered by two 10cm x 14cm cover seals may be allowed to use the large bath if they wear the designated cover seals. Cover seals are sold at the front desk for 220 yen per sheet, tax included.
