“Fureai Koryu Center Oshiba no Yu” is a day-trip hot spring facility located within the vast “Shinshu Oshima Kogen” in Minamiminowa Village, Nagano Prefecture. It is conveniently accessible, about a 5-minute drive from Ina IC, yet its greatest appeal is the exceptional silence and natural beauty surrounded by a lush red pine forest. The hot water is a gentle alkaline simple spring with a pleasant feel on the skin. In the indoor bath, there is a low-temperature “Gensen Milky Bath (nesuyu)” where you can soak for a long time at your leisure, while the open-air area features rock baths and jacuzzis that let you enjoy the feeling of forest bathing. It also comes with a spacious sauna, one of the largest in the region, that can comfortably seat about 20 people, and a cold plunge bath filled to the brim with cool groundwater, allowing you to refresh both body and mind completely.

A large cold plunge bath located just outside the sauna room. It uses high-quality groundwater from the Ina Valley, and the texture is very gentle and smooth on the skin. The water is not too cold, and with a silky, enveloping softness like a protective film, it wraps your heated body in luxurious comfort after the sauna.
