Ogaki Sauna
Ogaki Sauna stands in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture. Since its establishment in 1966, this long-established sauna has been beloved as a sanctuary for men. The sauna room features a stone-type, dry-heat intense style, heating up to around 100-110°C. After sweating it out completely, a cold bath awaits next to it, fed by famous spring water pumped from underground. This "miraculous cold bath" maintains approximately 14°C year-round, offering both the sharp sensation of coldness and gentle embrace that wraps the body softly. The temperature difference between the water and sauna awakens the ultimate state of relaxation. The interior exudes a retro Showa-era atmosphere, complete with a dining area, rest space, and reclining room. The classic ginger pork set meal is available on the second floor, renowned as excellent sauna dining. The warm hospitality of the staff naturally provides a sense of comfort even to first-time visitors.
