About Hanazono Onsen sauna kukka
"Hanazono Onsen sauna kukka" is a hot spring and multi-sauna bathing facility in Higashiosaka, Osaka Prefecture. On the 2nd floor, spa hanazono offers indoor and outdoor baths with hot and lukewarm sodium bicarbonate spring water bubbling up from 1,000 meters underground, plus sauna hanazono with automatic löyly, where men and women can spend time separately. The 3rd floor is a swimwear-required shared area featuring sauna kukka for around 80 people, wood-fired barrel saunas, and private rooms such as oma supervised by Katsuki Tanaka. The 1st floor has a food court and body care, making it a place where you can stay all day.
Hot SpringONSEN
Hanazono Onsen
Carbonate spring water bubbling up from 1,000 meters underground is supplied to the baths. The indoor baths have two types: a deep hot bath and a relaxing lukewarm bath, making it easy to choose according to temperature. The outdoor area features an open-air bath promoted for its skin-beautifying effects, with smooth water that gives the impression of leaving the skin soft and well-conditioned.
Main BathSauna

An automatic löyly sauna located in the outdoor area of the large bath. It features a Sawo tower-style stove and a Bona stove, and is characterized by its spacious interior and three-tier bench layout. With automatic löyly and hot-air equipment, the entire room is designed to be filled with heat and steam in a short time.
Self löyly sauna
A sauna in the men’s bathing area where self löyly is possible. You can pour water onto the sauna stones whenever you like, directly enjoying the rising steam and spreading heat. It is suited to times when you want to quietly face yourself and work up a disciplined sweat.
Mist Sauna
A salt nano-mist sauna in the women’s bathing area, filled with fine steam. Although the temperature is set relatively low, the high humidity warms the body thoroughly from the inside. It is less difficult to breathe in, and provides a moist bathing effect while helping protect the skin and hair from dryness.

2F Large Bath Area
A cold plunge bath in the large bath on the 2nd floor, divided into shallow and deep sections inside the tub. Because it has substantial depth, you can sink your whole body, heated by the sauna, all at once and cool down efficiently. After the cold plunge bath, you can spend an excellent, deeply relaxing time feeling the breeze in the spacious outdoor open-air rest area, where carefully selected relaxation chairs are lined up.

The main attraction on the 3rd floor’s swimwear-required area, this giant panoramic sauna can accommodate more than 80 people. In the spacious interior, you can even lie down and relax, and aufguss events and yoga classes are held regularly. It is a highly entertaining space where many people gather and share the heat and sense of unity of the sauna.
Barrel Sauna
A reservation-only sauna installed in two units on the outdoor terrace on the 3rd floor. Although located inside the facility, it uses a full-fledged wood-burning stove, allowing you to feel the crackling of the wood and the flicker of the flames up close. You can add firewood yourself to adjust the temperature and finish the humidity to your liking with self löyly, making this an appealing, extraordinary campfire-like experience.
Private Sauna oma (3F, reservation only)
A reservation-only private sauna with variations for 1 to 3 people. It includes special rooms supervised by Katsuki Tanaka, the author of the manga Sado. Using Bluetooth speakers to play your favorite music, you can enjoy the sauna at your own pace without worrying about others, in a luxurious private space.

3F, Mixed-Gender Area
A cold plunge bath attached to the 3rd-floor swimwear-required area, with enough depth to fully submerge your body. It is designed for efficiently cooling down your whole body after sauna heat. Its depth creates a pleasant tightening sensation from the water pressure, and you can enjoy the refreshing feeling of being cooled all the way up to near your head.
