"Genki Onsen Banpaku Oyuba" is a natural hot spring day-use facility in Senri Banpaku Park, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture. The "Banpaku Onsen" that gushes up from deep underground is a full-fledged sodium chloride spring, one of the finest in the Kansai region, rich in iron and salt and clouded a brownish tea color. It is beloved as a "warming bath" that keeps you feeling nice and warm long after you get out. In addition to a spacious open-air bath and a high-concentration carbonated spring, the men's side is equipped with two sauna rooms: a large main sauna and a sauna with automatic löyly in the open-air area that delivers an overwhelming blast of intense heat. It is also an ideal stop on the way back from Banpaku Park or Expo City.
The facility's own hot spring source, Banpaku Onsen, drawn from deep underground. Its spring quality is sodium chloride hot spring, and it is characterized by a rich iron content and a heavy bath water that turns brownish tea-colored when exposed to air. Strong salt content wraps around the skin and prevents moisture from evaporating, offering excellent heat retention and moisturizing effects, so the warmth stays with you for a long time even after leaving the bath.
A spacious indoor main sauna equipped with an far-infrared stove and a convection stove made by HARVIA. You can relax freely while watching TV. It is famous for the staff-led heat-wave löyly service held four times a day at 12:00, 17:00, 20:00, and 22:00, where you can pour out plenty of pleasant, large beads of sweat while surrounded by the scent of aroma.
A silent auto-löyly sauna standing in the open-air area, attractive for its dim lighting and sense of tranquility. Powerful automatic löyly is activated once every 10 to 12 minutes, lasting about 70 seconds. The high-temperature steam that pours down all at once sharply raises the heat in the room, warming your body intensely in a short time and drawing out sweat like a waterfall. A seriously hot, authentic sauna.
A rocky sauna in the women's bath area that gently relieves fatigue and stress with the effect of negative ions. The mild, pleasant heat is distributed evenly throughout the body, allowing deep perspiration to build gradually without making you feel short of breath. A soothing space popular with women.
A mild, medium-temperature salt sauna in the women's bath area. By placing mineral-rich natural salt on your body and warming up slowly, you can gently remove old dead skin and excess sebum, and experience a highly effective beauty treatment that leaves your skin smooth and silky after bathing.
A cooling bath installed very close to the sauna room, notable for its deep design with a water depth of about 90 cm. Because you can stand and submerge yourself firmly up to the shoulders, you can cool down your overheated body evenly and quickly after sauna use. The moderately cool water temperature supports a refreshing, top-class totonou experience.
