"SPA&SAUNA Mitsuharu Hattori Ryokuchi" is a premium bathing facility in Toyonaka, Osaka Prefecture. Meditation Sauna
A calm, quiet space where you can deeply face yourself in meditation. Self-löyly is possible, letting you pour water onto the sauna stones yourself and adjust the humidity and perceived temperature to your preference. In addition, by pressing a dedicated switch, heat waves are released, leading you toward ultimate relaxation and deep totonou in a tranquil environment.
Chinese Herbal Medicine and Salt Sauna
A mist sauna filled with the rich aroma of Chinese herbal medicines and enveloped in fine steam throughout the room. Its gentle heat makes it comfortable even for those who do not like high temperatures, while still promoting natural sweating from deep within the body. By placing the provided natural salt on your skin and gently massaging, old dead skin cells are removed, leaving your skin smooth and soft.

Extra-Cold Water Bath

Solo Cold Water
A luxurious one-person cold water bath placed right next to the meditation sauna in the outdoor area. You can enjoy a quiet cooldown at your own pace without worrying about anyone else. By car
- From the Minoh area, turn right at Senriyamanishikata 4-chome Minami on Shinmidōsuji Line (Route 423), then continue about 120 m.
- From Umeda and central Osaka, turn left at Kasuga 1-chome Minami on Shinmidōsuji Line (Route 423), then continue about 100 m.
By train and bus
- From Umeda, Namba, and Tennoji, take the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Line, which runs directly from the Midosuji Line, to Ryokuchi-koen Station.
- From Toyonaka Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line, take the free shuttle bus.
Shuttle service
- Free shuttle bus, once per hour (Mitsuharu → Ryokuchi-koen Station [drop-off only] → Hankyu Toyonaka Station → Ryokuchi-koen Station [pick-up only] → Mitsuharu)
- Departing Hankyu Toyonaka Station: 8:55–21:55 (at :55 every hour)
- Departing Ryokuchi-koen Station: 9:15–22:15 (at :15 every hour)
- Departing Mitsuharu: 9:30–21:30 (at :30 every hour). On the return trip, show the receipt from your payment.
About an 8-minute walk from Ryokuchi-koen Station. Use Hattori Ryokuchi Parking Lot No. 3. When it is crowded, use the west entrance and the detour route.
