The cold plunge bath uses famous underground spring water. The hot spring is sourced from its own spring, 'Higashikurume Musashino Onsen,' with clear carbonated bicarbonate and chloride spring water that gently relaxes both body and mind.

Musashino Onsen
A natural hot spring sourced from 1,500 meters underground within the facility. The spring temperature is about 37.8°C, containing a high amount of bicarbonate in the clear water, known as 'beauty skin water.' It combines the heat retention of chloride with the smooth texture of bicarbonate, providing warmth and a pleasant skin feel after bathing.

Hot Löyly Sauna
A sauna that rapidly raises the perceived temperature with automatic löyly and air circulation. The tower-shaped five-tier bench creates layers of heat, leading to intense sweating in a short time. The combination of heat waves and steam provides a sharp heat pressure felt throughout the body.
Mineral Salt Sauna
In a low to medium temperature, high humidity environment, rub in salt while steaming to target keratin care and sweating simultaneously. The gentle heat warms the body thoroughly, functioning as a 'preparation' before achieving a state of perfect relaxation.
Carbonated Cold Bath
Combines carbon dioxide and ice effects with cold water derived from famous water, achieving a sharp cooling effect around 12-13°C. The strong stimulation awakens the body instantly, maximizing the contrast of alternating baths.
Cold Plunge Bath
Filled with underground water from the same source as the Higashikurume spring, the only one in Tokyo selected for the 'Heisei Famous Water 100.' Generally around 16-17°C, the soft, mild coldness gently calms the heat from the sauna.
