Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Steamed Sauna
A traditional Japanese herbal steam bath using 9 to 10 types of herbs from Mount Ibuki (such as thyme, purple giant hyssop, and spicebush). The cask made of Koya-maki adds a gentle fragrance, warming you deeply with low temperature and high humidity.
Rock Sauna
A spacious sauna using the world's finest stone, 'Aji Stone,' on its walls. The sauna stones, weighing about 600 kg, store heat and gradually release it, warming you from the core. It features automatic löyly and aufguss, inducing perspiration with its intense heat and humidity, serving as the main sauna.
Wood Sauna
A special sauna using a traditional Finnish wood-burning stove. The light, sound, and aroma of the flames satisfy the senses, creating deep relaxation with gentle heat.
Kelo Sauna
A rare sauna abundantly using 'Kelo,' a standing deadwood over 200 years old. It supports self-löyly, providing a sharp yet gentle rise in perceived temperature due to the rich aroma and high insulation of Kelo wood.
Made from Kelo wood - standing dead trees that have endured over 200 years in Finland's harsh climate. Known as the 'Jewel of Wood' for its silver-gray patina and distinctive sweet aroma from concentrated resins.
Peacefulness
A relaxation cold plunge bath combining a comfortable temperature of about 25°C with a vibra. Ideal as an intermediary after intense cooling, it calms the body and mind, enhancing the feeling of happiness.
Shouten
A jet bath at about 33°C. It aims for a gentle cool down slightly below the neutral temperature, functioning as a substitute for 'rest' in the 'sauna → cold plunge bath → rest' cycle.
Thunder Tornado
An ultra-low temperature cold plunge bath combining single-digit temperatures (below 10°C) with powerful jet agitation. The tornado-like water flow enhances the cold sensation, allowing for a sharp cool down in a short time. Water depth is 1,000 mm.
Acrylic Avant
A single-person deep bath at about 14°C, with a special transparent acrylic tub reminiscent of a 'hole in a frozen lake (avant).' With a water depth of 1,000 mm, it offers a clear visual effect and a direct cooling experience.
