The main room focused on inducing sweat. A high-temperature dry sauna with a TV, offering a short path to cold water and open-air baths. Quick turnover during peak times ensures sufficient load and sweating even in a short period.
Outdoor Sauna
Newly established in the 2025 renovation. Adjacent to the outdoor area and directly connected to the open-air bath group. The outdoor path minimizes cooldown time after heat stimulation, emphasizing the 'heat → cold → open-air' rhythm.
