About Natural Onsen Nobeha no Yu Habikino (Flagship)
Natural Onsen Nobeha no Yu Main Branch Habikino is an onsen complex in Habikino, Osaka Prefecture. Its signature Neppu Mushiya, which hosts aufguss, and the Netsu no Muro, with löyly you pour yourself, let you draw out a sweat as strong or as gentle as you like, and a cold plunge of groundwater pumped from below pulls the body crisply taut. Outdoors, a variety of tubs, including ones fed straight from the source, never recirculated, soothe away fatigue. With a Japanese restaurant and a relaxation salon on site, you can enjoy alternating hot and cold bathing and unwinding all day long, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m.
Hot SpringONSEN
Himorogi-no-Yu
A gentle, weakly alkaline simple spring from its own source, the Himorogi-no-Yu. The vast open-air area, inspired by the satoyama countryside, offers a wide variety of tubs: the most popular one, fed lavishly straight from the source at about 28.9°C (84°F) as it wells up from the ground, never recirculated; a source-water rock bath and a seasonal source-water bath, both heated to a comfortable temperature; the Tsubo-yu, a Shigaraki-ware ceramic urn bath you can have all to yourself; and a reclining bath where you gaze up at the sky. Colorless and clear with a faint moor-like scent, the soft water’s bathing benefits grow even greater as you make your way around tubs of different temperatures. Taking in the satoyama atmosphere, you can savor the blessings of the onsen at leisure and lose track of time.

Neppu Mushiya
Waves of heat from an iki stove and a ZIEL stove, both piled high with sauna stones, fill the room: the upper tier gives sharp heat and the lower tier a gentler sweat, so you can choose. In the löyly sessions (aufguss) held at half past every hour, heat and steam rise all at once, opening every sweat gland in your body.
Netsu no Muro
With löyly you pour yourself, waves of humidity layer over dense heat, so you can sweat from the core in a short time. No talking. Rotating with the large Neppu Mushiya lets you shape the range of sensations however you like. Heat concentrates in the compact room, giving you time to sit with the heat. Pouring water at your own pace, you can adjust the balance of heat and steam to bring out exactly the sweat you prefer.
Neppu Mushiya
The women’s Neppu Mushiya, renovated on April 25, 2025. With two Metos IKI stoves and a chic interior in black tones, it has been reborn as a calm space in which to enjoy the sauna to the full. In the staff löyly sessions at half past every hour, rich steam rising from the two stoves fills the room and, together with the high temperature, brings on a sweat throughout the body.
Netsu no Muro
A three-tiered women’s sauna with löyly you pour yourself, built around a METOS ZIEL stove. The tiers make use of the heat’s convection, so the heat you feel changes with the height at which you sit. With three ladlefuls per pour, you can adjust the amount of steam yourself and take your time moving toward totonou, a state of deep relaxation, in a quiet setting.
Cold BathCOLD BATH
Groundwater cold plunge
Nobeha no Yu’s prized cold plunge, filled with groundwater pumped from below. Set between the open-air area and the sauna rooms, it cools the body to the core in one go right after you sweat. At 90 cm (3 ft) deep, it lets the cold seep in and envelop your whole body. Thanks to the soft quality of groundwater, it feels gentle on the skin and is easy on the body even during a longer dip.

- Pickup at Kishi Station: leave by the West Exit; the stop is on the left side of the station roundabout
Parking for 600 cars. The shuttle bus is free; if it is full, wait for the next one. It does not run on days of temporary closure. Shared bicycles are also available from Furuichi Station.
