Jintsu Onsen

"Jintsu Onsen" is a day-use hot spring facility located in Kinokawa City, Wakayama Prefecture. Situated on the border with Osaka, it boasts the only naturally gushing high-alkaline spring in the Kisen mountain range. The mystical waters, whose color changes with the tides and Earth's rotation, contain components with permeable bactericidal properties, known for their excellent warming and moisturizing effects, making it a renowned beauty bath. The barrel sauna, which opened in December 2023, allows for self-löyly, and offers a genuine totonou experience with a cold plunge bath using abundant spring water and an outdoor relaxation space. The facility also includes a dining area, and from early summer to autumn, guests can enjoy private BBQs on the second-floor terrace.
