After sweating it out in the high-temperature sauna, the signature cold plunge bath 'Myoujin no Taki' cools the body with an overwhelming flow of underground water cascading at 400 liters per minute. The sodium-chloride hot spring offers high heat retention, making it difficult to catch a chill after bathing. Aufguss sessions are held in the men's bath every Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.
