Hoshino Onsen Tombo no Yu
Hoshino Onsen Tombo no Yu is a day-use hot spring facility located in Karuizawa Town, Kitasaku District, Nagano Prefecture. Opened in 1915, this renowned hot spring, beloved by many cultural figures such as Hakushu Kitahara and Akiko Yosano, can be enjoyed with its free-flowing source water. The simple hot spring, which gushes out at 400 liters per minute, is known as 'Bijin no Yu' (Beautiful Skin Water) for its gentle, skin-softening properties. Experience a refreshing totonou with the auto löyly sauna and the approximately 13°C cold plunge bath using spring water from the Wild Bird Forest.
