About Asaka Sauna Nagomi

"Asaka Sauna Nagomi" is a sauna facility in Asaka City, Saitama Prefecture. It is in an excellent location, just a 1-minute walk from the south exit of Asaka Station, and is open from 6:00 a.m. until midnight, with a convenient 15-minute billing system. Three types of sauna offer a wide variety of heat experiences, and the cold baths come in two varieties: a standard 15°C bath and a 5°C single. In the relaxation area, 20 reclining chairs and 9 garden chairs are lined up. The facility also has 2,500 manga volumes, a coworking space, a nap area, and a restaurant, so you can spend your time however you like from morning until night.

6-Tiered Stadium Sauna

A large stadium-style sauna where each tier offers a different temperature range, letting you choose the heat that suits you best from 80°C to 105°C. Auto-löyly every 10 minutes brings in powerful waves of heat, and when the steam fills the room, sweating accelerates all at once. You can warm up slowly on the lower tiers or work up a big sweat on the higher tiers, and the freedom to choose where to sit according to your condition and purpose that day is part of the appeal. In the spacious room, you can face the heat at your own pace.

Low-Temperature, High-Humidity Sauna

A low-temperature sauna that envelops you in gentle heat and humidity. In addition to auto-löyly every 10 minutes, staff sprinkle hinoki aromatics on the floor, quietly spreading a Japanese fragrance throughout the room. Unlike the sharp heat of a high-temperature sauna, it offers a mild warmth that gradually reaches deep into the body, making it easy to stay in for a long time without strain. Surrounded by the scent of hinoki, you can deepen your breathing and sweat in a relaxed state. It is ideal as a finishing session after a high-temperature sauna, or whenever you want to warm up slowly.

Self Löyly Sauna

A private-room sauna where you can do löyly whenever you like. Self-löyly is available once every 15 minutes, up to 2 ladles at a time, and the daily-changing aromas, such as yuzu, citrus, tea, jasmine tea, eucalyptus, rosemary, and honey royal, stimulate all five senses. The moment you pour water on the stove, waves of heat and fragrance rush in at once, creating a heat experience that is uniquely your own.
