Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Tower Sauna
A tower sauna set at nearly 100°C. It promotes deep sweating from within the body, enhancing blood circulation and activating metabolic functions. With a large capacity, you can sit on the steps in a spacious environment and sweat thoroughly. It's an ideal environment for sauna enthusiasts who enjoy high-temperature dry saunas, allowing you to take your time to soak in the heat.
Natural Underground Water
A cold plunge bath using 100% free-flowing underground water. The refreshing underground water cools down the body heated in the sauna, relieving oxygen deficiency in muscles through the expansion and contraction of capillaries. Using it in combination with the sauna is more effective for health. The moderate coldness allows you to cool your body thoroughly.
