A spacious Finnish-style sauna using domestic Nikko cedar throughout. Equipped with teppo pillars and mirrors used in actual sumo stables, you can experience the world of sumo wrestling enveloped in the scent of cypress. Self-löyly is possible with one ladle when the 12-minute timer points to "12," allowing you to control humidity and heat freely. The humidity is well-managed, warming the entire body thoroughly. A TV is installed inside, allowing you to enjoy watching sumo while sweating. In this special space that feels like being in a sumo stable's training room, you can train both body and mind and achieve a state of perfect relaxation.

In the deep cold plunge bath with a depth of 120cm, you can submerge and cool your entire body at once. The overflow system ensures that fresh and clean water circulates constantly, allowing for a refreshing cooldown. In the spacious area, you can cool your body thoroughly warmed in the sauna from the core. You can either stand and immerse yourself up to your shoulders or submerge to cool down your head. The alternating hot and cold baths with the Training Room Sauna provide the ultimate relaxation experience.
