HOTEL MAZARIUM KANAN SPA is a bathing facility attached to a hotel on the 3rd floor of Morioka Bus Center in Morioka, Iwate Prefecture. It is an art hotel decorated with works by artists with intellectual disabilities, and it also features an authentic Finnish sauna. In the sauna room, where the slightly dim lighting creates a more immersive atmosphere, you can enjoy pleasant steam with self-löyly. After the sauna, cool down in a single-person tube-shaped cold plunge bath that uses soft groundwater, then refresh yourself while feeling the breeze in the open-air bathing area. It also has a carbonated spring bath and a regular bath, and after bathing you can relax in the lounge with jazz playing or on the rooftop plaza.

A large bath with two types of tubs: a carbonated spring bath and a regular bath. You can soak and relax between sauna sessions or after bathing, gently promoting circulation throughout your body and easing away travel fatigue. In a space with a stylish, simple design, you can spend a calm and restorative time resetting both mind and body.

An authentic Finnish sauna with slightly dim lighting that creates a calm atmosphere. Self-löyly is available, allowing you to pour water onto the sauna stones yourself, and the rising heat and steam gently envelop your whole body. In this quiet space, you can enjoy a deep sense of immersion and sweat as you face your own mind and body. From around June to September, birch vihta are displayed in the open-air bathing area for a limited time, adding a pleasant fragrance to your relaxation time.

A cold plunge bath that lavishly uses groundwater that feels soft and gentle on the skin. A unique single-person tube-shaped (drum-shaped) tub is provided, allowing you to cool down quietly in your own private space. After thoroughly lowering your body temperature, you can spend a blissful relaxation time in the nearby open-air bathing area while feeling Morioka's breeze.
