Sauna & Cold Bath Information
Finnish-style Sauna
A genuine Finnish-style sauna where you can freely enjoy self-administered löyly. The temperature ranges from 85 to 90°C, allowing you to adjust the humidity yourself for deep and thorough sweating. The rule for self-administered löyly is to inform other users and get their consent before pouring 1 to 2 ladles of water from the bucket over the sauna stones. It is recommended to leave an interval of at least 15 minutes between löyly sessions to prevent heater malfunction or a drop in room temperature.
Cold Bath
Two cylindrical cold plunge baths using groundwater are available, with a water temperature of about 16°C, providing a sharp chill to quickly cool down the body after the Finnish-style sauna. As they are for individual use, you can immerse yourself at your own pace. After the cold plunge bath, you can fully relax and achieve a state of perfect relaxation in the outdoor air bath space.
