A full-scale Finnish-style sauna where you can enjoy self-löyly freely. The temperature is 85-90°C, and you can adjust the humidity yourself while slowly working up a deep sweat. The rule for self-löyly is to ask the other users for permission first, then use a ladle to pour 1-2 scoops of water from the bucket over the entire sauna stone surface. Repeated löyly is not recommended because it can damage the heater and lower the room temperature, so leaving at least 15 minutes between sessions is advised.

Two cylindrical single-person cold plunge baths using groundwater are installed. The water temperature is around 16°C, making it pleasantly cold and sharply cooling down the body warmed by the Finnish-style sauna. Since they are for one person each, you can soak at your own pace. After the cold plunge bath, you can relax in the open-air rest area and fully totonou.
