About Mt. Fuji Lava Bath Sensui

"Mt. Fuji Lava Bath Sensui" is a day-use bathing facility in Kamiyoshida, Fujiyoshida City, Yamanashi Prefecture, attached to the business hotel Resort Inn Fuyo. Its biggest feature is the lavish use of Mt. Fuji’s spring water, or natural vanadium water, throughout the entire facility. The large bath incorporates Mt. Fuji lava plate stones, whose far-infrared effect gently warms the body from deep within. From the open-air bath called the Bath of Rejuvenation, you can take in a luxurious panoramic view of majestic Mt. Fuji right in front of you. You can enjoy a top-tier totonou experience with a full-fledged sauna using lava stone and a mellow, spring-water cold plunge bath made with Mt. Fuji’s pristine spring water, selected as one of Japan’s 100 famous waters.

Most of what we surveyed never even made it onto this site. This book is a further cut from what did. Our editor bathed in every onsen and sauna in it, and wrote only what they confirmed on the ground.
