Bath 1
A natural hot spring fed by the source spring water of Shimobe Onsen, famous as one of Takeda Shingen's hidden baths. It is an alkaline simple hot spring that is gentle on the skin and has little刺激, and the water is so fresh and high quality that it can even be drunk as it is. There are baths with continuously flowing source spring water at a lukewarm temperature close to body temperature and heated hot baths, and alternating between them delivers a strong synergistic effect and deep relaxation. The water has an exceptionally soft feel and is easy on the body even during long baths.
