About Yumeguri no Yado Nansuikaku
Yumeguri no Yado Nansuikaku is an onsen inn in Miyawaka, Fukuoka Prefecture. Its grounds, cradled in the pristine nature of Inunaki, are home to Yunozen no Sato, where open-air baths of every kind are scattered about and a blissful round of onsen hopping awaits. After a long, slow sweat in the far-infrared kama-buro kiln sauna, a pleasantly cold spring bath pulls your whole body taut, completing a refreshing cycle of hot and cold. For a more private stay, there are family baths refilled with fresh water for every use and rooms with their own onsen bath where you can savor time entirely to yourself. Yunozen no Sato
The inn’s pride: an onsen-hopping paradise dotted with open-air baths of every kind across the men’s and women’s sides. There is a wide array of distinctive open-air baths, from Shosuke-no-Yu, where water overflows from a giant sake barrel, to a rustic tub beside a turning waterwheel. Soak in the alkaline simple spring, gentle on the skin, and the clear air of Inunaki and the rustle of leaves softly awaken all five senses. Gazing up at the starry sky by night or embraced by dazzling greenery by day, you can enjoy a luxurious, wonderfully open bath to your heart’s content.
Indoor Main Bathhouse
A tranquil main bathhouse inside the inn, where you can feel the quiet murmur of the Inunaki River close at hand. The spacious tubs brim with the smooth alkaline simple spring, and sinking in up to your shoulders leads you into deep relaxation far from the bustle of everyday life. Because the men’s and women’s baths switch in the morning, you can experience twice over the changing light at different times of day and the distinct character of each bath.
Family Bath Hidamari
Private family baths offering six tubs, each with its own design, from stone and hinoki to a wooden barrel tub. Especially notable is the luxurious practice of refilling the bath with fresh water for every guest, so you can always enjoy the pleasure of a clean, fresh “first bath.” The windows of this private space open onto scenery that changes with the seasons, and you can fully enjoy the waters of Wakita with loved ones or family, undisturbed by anyone.
Family Bath Yumegomori
Open a small door tucked quietly deep among the trees to find a nostalgic private bath in folk-craft style. Past a changing room wrapped in the warmth of wood sits a huge stone bath large enough for many people to stretch out their legs at ease. In this quiet, somehow familiar space, surrender yourself to the fine alkaline simple spring and a deep calm settles over you, as if time had stopped. It is an ideal place to unwind together for groups and large families.

A cold plunge fed by a cold spring, whose chill pulls a body flushed from the kiln sauna refreshingly taut. Its cool, pleasant feel on the skin stands out, gently calming the heat after the sauna. The mellow quality of the cold spring water envelops the whole body, and along with a clean, refreshing sensation you can feel your circulation improve. The path out to cool off in the open air, breathing in deep lungfuls of wild, natural air, is superb, letting you enjoy a blissful cycle of hot and cold.
