"FURO & SAUNA THE VANISH" is a bathing facility in Hisayama Town, Kasuya District, Fukuoka Prefecture. Tile art inspired by beloved dog masterpieces painted by Okyo Maruyama and Sekka Kamisaka decorates the bath area, creating a space that feels both nostalgic and refined. A beautiful, nostalgic-feeling large bath lined with more than 80 kinds of tiles. On the walls, adorable dog masterpieces by Okyo Maruyama and Sekka Kamisaka are expressed as tile art, delighting the eye. The open-air area also includes regular-temperature and lukewarm baths, allowing you to slowly soak in the water to your heart’s content while breathing in the natural air with a full chest.

Wood-Burning Sauna
A spacious, large wooden sauna house standing in the open-air area. The calm yet powerful heat from the triple wood-burning stove pleasantly fills the room. Self-löyly is available, and the rich rising steam, along with the faint crackle of burning wood, stimulates all five senses and draws you into a deep sense of immersion. Wrapped in the scent of wood, you can savor a blissful detox experience as you slowly warm yourself all the way to the core.

Cold Plunge Bath
A generously sized cold plunge bath set in the open-air space. It uses clear natural groundwater nurtured by Hisayama’s rich natural environment, gently and sharply tightening your overheated body. After being enveloped in a pleasant coolness, you can smoothly transition into outdoor bathing and be led to an exquisite state of totonou while feeling the refreshing breeze of nature.
