"Gandate Gorge Hime Shaga no Yu" is a hot spring facility nestled in the great nature of Osaka Town, Gero City, where guests can enjoy a rare high-concentration natural carbonated spring, one of the few in Japan. Known as a therapeutic bathhouse for 300 years, its rich source water turns brownish when exposed to air and is so fresh that it can even be drunk. The sauna, introduced in 2024 and fueled by wood pellets, lets guests enjoy gentle heat through self-loyly. The highlight is the 100% source-water cold bath, where the carbon dioxide creates a distinctive tingling sensation on the skin, gently yet strikingly cooling down a body heated by the sauna.
