It is equipped with a dry sauna, where steady heat encourages a comfortable sweat. Cold plunge baths with different water temperatures are also available, making post-sauna cooldowns pleasant as well. You can refresh both body and mind while feeling the crisp air of Shirakami.

In a calm atmosphere with the warmth of wood, you can spend a quiet moment reflecting on yourself. A cold plunge bath is located just outside the sauna room, making the flow of use extremely smooth.
