"Gonohe Makiba Onsen" is a hot spring facility in Gonohe Town, Aomori Prefecture, proud of its private source spring. The indoor baths are filled with free-flowing natural hot spring water, allowing guests to enjoy a gentle, skin-friendly bathing experience. The sauna features an authentic dry sauna equipped with a stove made in Finland. Its powerful heat envelops your whole body and encourages a pleasant sweat. For cooling down after the sauna, a free-flowing cold bath is available, offering a refreshing reset with fresh water.

An authentic dry sauna equipped with a stove made in Finland. The room is filled with steady heat, making it easy to work up a comfortable sweat efficiently. In a calm space that retains the warmth of wood, you can spend your sauna time facing yourself. A cold bath is located just outside the sauna room, so the flow is very smooth.
Clean water with a crisp chill tightens up your body all at once after the sauna. Fresh water is constantly being poured in, and the cooling sensation is excellent. Though compact in size, it provides solid cooldown, making it an ideal environment for stepping into totonou.
