About Bandai Meito Resort Bonari no Mori
Bandai Meito Resort Bonari no Mori is an onsen resort in Inawashiro, Fukushima Prefecture. Wrapped in the wilderness of Bandai-Asahi National Park, it lets you take full advantage of Nakanosawa Onsen, whose flow ranks among the highest in Japan. The strongly acidic, milky-white natural onsen water is fed straight from the source, never recirculated, and from open-air baths of rock and ancient hinoki you look out over forest and stream. Each main bathhouse also has a dry sauna, where you can sink into deep relaxation in the stillness of the forest air. Hot SpringONSEN
(Main bathhouse and open-air bath) Kawasemi-no-Yu
A large rock-built open-air bath and a spacious indoor bath that make the most of the abundant flow. The milky-white water of Nakanosawa Onsen pours in generously, fed straight from the source, never recirculated. From the bath you look out on the lovely contrast of forest and stream through the seasons, from fresh spring green to autumn leaves, for a rustic soak that feels at one with the wild.

A main bathhouse filled with the distinctive milky, cloudy water, and an open-air bath with a beautiful view, its rim made of ancient hinoki. The strongly acidic water wraps the skin softly, and with baths at different temperatures, from hotter to milder, you can take your time savoring this celebrated onsen. It is a blissful space enveloped in forest air.

Dry sauna
A quiet dry sauna attached to each main bathhouse. The hot air warms the body slowly and draws out a gentle sweat, bringing a deep detox effect. Used between soaks in the onsen, it sets a pleasant rhythm of warming up and unwinding.
